What is VOIP?

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is the technology used to transmit voice conversations over a data network using the Internet.

Set Up Info

Follow me-Find me Set-up Information

Click on the "Manage Your Account" Link to the right.

Enter in your KC Digital Voice 11 digit phone number (i.e. 15743060000).

Enter your account password.

Click on "Account Info".

Click on the "Follow Me" tab.

For the 'Follow Me' option, choose "When Unavailable".

For the 'Order' option, choose whichever option you would prefer.

Click on "Add" at the top.

Enter the name of the destination (i.e. Cell, Work, etc).

Enter the phone number under destination. Enter the number as you would dial it.

The "Active" level is set to Always by default. If you would only like the calls forwarded at a certain time, click on the word "Active" and follow the prompts to set up times and days for the calls to be forwarded.

"Timeout" is the amount of time the phone will ring before forwarding to the next destination. The default is 15 seconds.

To save the rule, click on the blinking plus sign in the Edit Column.

Add as many rules as you would like using the steps above. When finished, click "Save" at the top.

**If a rule destination is *98, the calls will forward to your voicemail when they hit that rule.
**If the KC Digital Voice device is off, or if your high speed Internet goes down, your calls will automatically be forwarded to the Follow Me numbers.
